Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance a heat collection efficiency while reducing a heat loss from a heat accumulator, line pipes, etc., by controlling a temperature for introducing a heat collecting water in accordance with a temperature at the high temperature part of a multistage flash distillator, and controlling a load-variation tracer. CONSTITUTION:A sea water is sucked up by a pump 21 and carried to a heat discharge part 3. The majority of the sea water is discharged through a pipe 22, while a part of the sea water is introduced through a pie 23 into a final evaporation chamber 24 and mixed to a concentrated brine. The mixed concentrated brine is carried under a pressure by a pump 25 through a group of condenser pipes at a heat collecting part 2, and heated in a brine heater 4 by heat exchange with a heat- collecting water introduced from a heat accumulator 8. The heated brine is carried through a pipe 26 to the first evaporation chamber 17, and flash-evaporated there. The brine is repeatedly treated in the succeeding evaporation chambers, and recycled. A part of the concentrated brine is discharged outside through a pipe 27. A condensed water generated from the vapor formed in each evaporation chamber is taken out through a pump 28.
