Abstract

PURPOSE:To make easy the circuit integration of phase circuit used for TV receivers, by using the transistor circuit being in a differential pair. CONSTITUTION:Taking the input as the vector A0, the vector A0 is split with resistor and input to the transistor Q1, and output as the vector A3. Further, the vector A0 is appeared as the vector B1 to the collector of the transistor Q2 via the emitter of the transistor Q1. On the other hand, the vector A0 is input to the transistor Q2 as the vector A2 with the phase theta delayed by the resistor R6 and capacitor C1. The vector A2 is appeared to the collector of the transistor Q2 as the vector B3 and also as vector B2 to the collector of the transistor Q1 via the emitter of the transistor Q2. The resultant vector C1 between the vector A3 and vector B2, and the resultant vector C2 between the vectors B1 and B3 are output to the terminals 2 and 3.
