The decoded analog signal (b) is fed back from the local decoder 34 to the voltage comparator 33. On the other hand, the decoded analog signal (b) is sample-hold at the sample hold circuit 38, it is fed back to the input analog signal (a) at the adder 37 via the low-pass filter 36 to compensate the low-frequency distortion. Thus, the quantitized feedback type multivalue signal identifier of low cost can be formed.
