PURPOSE:To easily derive a centroidal position without lifting a large-sized structure, by loading the large-sized structure on a nearly horizontal rack, and placing a jack equipped with a load meter in three places at least under the lower part of the outside circumference of the structure. CONSTITUTION:The block 20 for constituting a plant is a very heavy structure consisting of a lot of steel pipes 21 and apparatuses provided on the base 22.
