And in case the horn is used with the feed by only a polarized wave, the shift is calculated between axis (z) and the beam's center direction of the antenna's radiation pattern of the polarized wave. Then an angle of 90 deg. or more is set with the value calculated above between axis (z) and central axis C1. In such way, the central direction of the beam can cross vertically the central axis of the horn. As a result, the antenna mobile part can be simplified for scanning of the beam, and also the same region can be observed with each antenna in case plural units of antennas are used.
