Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a resistance against an electric current noise or a high frequency voltage noise by arranging a logic element circuit in the center of a chip and a linear circuit in the periphery and installing a power source pattern between the both circuits and an earth pattern in the external side of the linear circuit. CONSTITUTION:Vcc pattern 2a for a power supply is provided inside a chip 1 and a pat 3 for earth pattern outside. In addition, the earth pattern is consisted of an earth pattern 3b for a logic element circuit 4 and earth patterns 3c, 3d for a linear circuit. The patterns 3c, 3d are arranged on the extreme external end of the chip. A linear input circuit 6 is actuated at a low electric current and is connected to only its earth pattern 3c. Further, a linear output circuit 7 has its earth connected to only the pattern 3d. Under this constitution, the earth currents of the circuits 6, 7, 4 are shunted together with i1-i3 respectively and are converged into one point of the pad 3, making their exit outside. For this reason, no potential inclination due to a common impedance is generated at all, thus allowing no penetration of a high frequency voltage noise at time of electric discharge.
