CONSTITUTION:The magnetic film consists of yttrium.iron garnet including calcium, germanium, samarium, lutetium and silicon, in which calcium and germanium are almost equal in the mol number, and also samarium and lutetium are almost at equal mol. The magnetic film like this is obtained by heating Y2O3, Sm2O3, Lu2O3, Fe2O3, CaCO3, GeO2 and SiO2 powder with melting agent B2O3 and PbO in platinum crucible at 1,100-1,200 deg.C melting them and cooling them to 850- 950 deg.C. Next, Gd3, Ga5O12 substrates are immersed in it, and the magnetic film is in epitaxial growth, allowing to obtain an objective magnetic film.
