Also, the semicircularly undulated portion 12 is provided so that the junction between the bead glass 10 and the first electrode 6 is centered. Thus, heat stress caused by abrupt heating of the cathode of the electrode 6 on the low potential side can be absorbed by the undulated portion 12 provided in the supporting part.
