Abstract

Since a C-MOS analog switch is used as circuit 81 in this circuit, the circuit constitution is simplified, but when the CMOS element is being turned on, the resistance varies in proportion to a flowing current. Consequently, as the charging and discharging currents of capacitor 82 increase, the resistance value of the CMOS element increases and the time constant of discharging increases. On the other hand, turning it off temporarily by interrupting a sampling pulse decreases the resistance value of the C-MOS element, and the set time can be shortened.
