Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an electronic load gauge for press which can prevent the trouble accompanied with overload, by providing a function to display the peak value of the load, the continuous change value, the value at an arbitray point, and the overload alarm. CONSTITUTION:The output of load detector 1 which detects the slide load of the press device is switched to peak hold terminal 2a which is connected to peak hold circuit 3, normal terminal 2b, and point terminal 2c, which is input to AND circuit 5 where encoder 6 and digital switch 7 are one input terminal, by change-over switch 2. Outputs of peak hold circuit 3, normal terminal 2b, and AND circuit 5 are subjected to A/D conversion by 4 and are input to analogue operating circuit 10, to which the output which passed through gain coefficient setting circuit 8 and D/A converter 9 is input, and are displayed through counter 11 and decoder 12 on 13. Thus, respective values are switched and displayed, and overload is prevented by comparing the output of the counter with the value of allowable load setting circuit 15.
