Abstract

PURPOSE: To make the structure of solar water heater simple and to facilitate installation of works, by employing one common piping for both taking out heated water and feeding cold water from and to the water heater.
CONSTITUTION: One end of the pipe 8 which is common as the passage for feed water and take out heated water to and from the solar water heater 1 is divided into two branches, one is connected with the tap 9 of feed water while the other is connected with the take out port 11 of heated water through the check valve 10 which can flow water only in the direction of taking heated water from the water heater 1. The other end of the pipe 8 is connected with the switching valve 3, which can select the circuit to open the passage to interconnect the pipe 8 with the water flow pipe 4 only, and the circuit to open the passage to heated water intake and feed water in the direction of water and heated water mixing taps only. By operating the switching valve 3, feed water and heated water to and from the solar water heater 1 can be facilitated.
