Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the high tensile cold rolling steel plate with a high yield point inexpensively by a method wherein a specific amount of Ti, Ca, Mg, La, Ce is further added to a steel of which a content of C, Si, Mn, Al, N and V, Nb is specified and a rolling and heat treatment condition is limited. CONSTITUTION:A steel consisting of 0.20% or less C, 0.2% or less Si, 0.015- 0.150% Al, 0.0040-0.020% N and one or more of 0.005-0.10% V, 0.005- 0.080% Nb, further, 0.30-0.05% Ti, 0.0050% or less Ca, one or more of 0.0050% or less rare earth element such as La or Ce and the remainder of Fe is prepared by melting. Said steel is subjected to hot rolling at a Ar3 transformation point or more and wound at 700 deg.C or less. Further, at a draft of 30% or more, said steel is subjected to cold rolling and the annealing is applied at a recrystallization point or less. Because the resulting steel plate contains a specific amount of Ti, Ca, REM or the like in a composition thereof, a form of nonmetal impurities can be controlled and it is possible to allow to impart yield strength of about 70-90kg/mm.<2>.
