CONSTITUTION: Incombustible heat medium oil 2 is filled in a heat collector 1, and the radiation heat from the sum 3 is absorbed by the heat medium oil 2. After the water in a heat receiving tube 1c passed through the collector 1 is heated, it is introduced to and stored in a heat storage tank 4, and hot water in the tank 4 is suitably heated by an auxiliary heat source 5. If more than required amount of the hot water is contained in the tank 4, it is stored via a pump 12 in an auxiliary boiler 6. If the hot water stored in the tank 4 and the boiler 6 is used for cooling the interior of the room, a hot-water heating-up absorption type refrigerator 7 is operated, and cold air is fed from an air conditioner 8 into the room. The hot water is supplied from the hot-water supply units 9, 10 by discharging the hot water therefrom.
