CONSTITUTION:The n-bit serial pulse pattern is introduced to the error detecting circuit 22 via the terminal 21, and the shift pulse 23 is delivered only for the bit in which the error pulse exists to be turned into the shift pulse to the 2-stage shift register 24. The set pulse of the register 24 is applied to the point immediately before the time point of the 1st bit of the n-bit serial pulse pattern via the terminal 25 to set all contents of the register at ''1''. On the other hand, the shift data ''0'' is applied via the terminal 26. As a result, ''1'' is delivered through the decision output terminal 27 when the pulse train containing no error pulse at all is applied to the terminal 21.
