Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the workability in providing the skew for the subject rotor coil by a method wherein the teeth section, having the desired skew angle on the inner circumferential side of a ring-shaped iron frame, is provided and a coil is wound thereon, magnetic force is applied to the laminated core inserted on the inner circumferential side of the teeth section and a skew angle is provided. CONSTITUTION:A ring-shaped core 5 is fitted on the inner side of the ring-shaped frame 6, the teeth section 4 having a desired skew angle is provided on the inner circumferential side of said iron core 5 and the coil 3 is wound thereon. Then, the rotor laminated core 1 whereon a skew will be provided is inserted and positioned on the inner circumferetial side of said teeth section 4 and a current is applied to the coil 3 from an AC power source 7. Through these procedures, magnetic flux phi is generated and as this magnetic flux passes through the lowest point of the magnetic refluctance, the rotor core 1 is deviated in such manner that the point A of the teeth section 4 and the point B of the rotor core 1 are opposing each other, thereby enabling to give the same skew angle as that of the teeth section 4.
