PURPOSE:To decrease a partially charged voltage to be applied to oil and to elevate the starting voltage of impulse corona of the stationary induction apparatus by a method wherein an insulating layer having a low permittivity is formed at least on one side of a strand conductor of winding and a shielding conductor. CONSTITUTION:The insulating layers 6 of kraft paper, etc., are provided at the inside of the strand conductor 2 of winding and of the shielding conductor 3, and the insulating layer 7 having the low permittivity is formed at least on the one side insulating layer 6. For the insulating layer 7 having the low permittivity, neo- glassine laminated paper is used. When the insulating layer is formed in this constitution, the starting voltage of corona is elevated, the thickness of insulation can be reduced to 52% of the conventional value, permittivity becomes small and the partially charged voltage to be applied to oil can be decreased.
