Abstract
PURPOSE:To establish an appropriate plastics processing condition, by observing a plastics work's internal strain distribution continuously by using the model. CONSTITUTION:All the sections of the model material 1 are provided with respective marks capable of being discriminated by a fluorescope. The model material 1 is then subjected to the plastics processing. And then, positions of these marks are confirmed by the fluorescope. On the basis of results of the fluorescopic examination, plastics processing strain is analyzed. By determining the positions of these marks as three dimensional coordinates, it is possible to directly observe three dimensional deformation and also to read the deformation quantitatively.
