Abstract
PURPOSE: To be able to paint the basic material of the shaped article with rugged or curved surface by separating the paint printing layer and thermal stick layer after sticking thermally those layers via separating primer layer to shaped article.
CONSTITUTION: On the basic material sheet 1, which is able to be thermally shaped such as polychloride vinyle, polyethylene, or the like the paint printing layer 3 is arranged via transparent separating primer layer 2, where the whole upper surface of the paint printing layer is covered with heat-sensitive adhesive layer 4. Painting and rugging on the surface of painting shaped article 7 are realized by separating basic material sheet 1 after shaping the painting sheet 5 thermally by such thermal shaping method as vacuum shaping method, where the shaped article 6 with rugged surface is used as a mold and the heat-sensitive adhesive layer 4 side of the painting sheet 5 is confronted with the shaped article 6 side with rugged or curved surface.
