PURPOSE: To make easy the removal of jammed paper, by enabling to split the device main body and providing incorporatedly the image carrier, image forming means, developing means and print means.
CONSTITUTION: When the upper part 26 opens upward, the paper path is compltely open. That is, at the lower device part 27, cassette 13 containing the paper 14, paper guide 16, lower carrier roller 15, separation roller mechanism 27, another paper guide 30, and lower carrier roller 19 are only provided. Thus, when the upper part 26 opens upward, the paper 14 in choke can be directly accessed to remove the paper 14. Further, since the print section 2 is fixed with the upper part 26, jam processing for the sheet of the print section 2 in which sheet choke if often caused, can be made easy.
