Abstract
PURPOSE:To grasp an abnormality in the initial stage and the degree of it with a high precision for the occurrence of the abnormality to forecast the life of the periodically moving object accurately, by obtaining data accompanied with the lapse of time concerning vibration of this object. CONSTITUTION:The output of transducer 1 fitted to the outside wheel of the bearing is inputted to sampling circuit 2 and is sampled at every fixed period and is converted to digital data by the A/D converter and is stored in memory device 3. operating part 4 fetches N pieces of newest sampling values stored at the timing synchronized with the sampling period. Fetched time series data is substituted into the numerical expression model which is given to memory device 5 preliminarily for fixing the system, and the most likelihood presuming method is used to determine system parameters. System parameters for the normal bearing are stored preliminarily in memory device 5 as the reference value, and operating part 4 calculates dissociation degree J of calculated parameters from the reference value and uses output device 6 to record it.
