CONSTITUTION:When driving line ROW0 is assigned and changes in state at monitor points a00-a0m of the line are to be detected, a positive pulse appears like driving ROW0 once the line is assigned. The pulse appears at filters FIL0-FILm provided corresponding to the monitor points. Through the filters, time limitation for noise absorption in carried out and their outputs appear at sense amplifiers SA0-SAm, but, for example, when monitor point a00 is in operation, the positive pulse flows to the ground and appears at neither filter FIL0 nor sense amplifier SA0, so that sense amplifier SA0 will detect monitor point a00 being in operation.
