Abstract
PURPOSE: To perform the delivery of an uniform powdery particle without a segregation, by turning and dispersing the powdery particle into storage tanks divided into a plurality and providing a conical baffle plate in the lower portion of the storage tank.
CONSTITUTION: A powdery particle 2 goes through a chute 2 into a turning dispersion chute 4. The turning dispersion chute 4 makes a turning dispersal motion of the powdery particle 12 circumferentially in a tank to equally store the particle in plural chambers 17 in a storage tank 11 separated by a partition plate 16. To the lower interior of the storage tank 11 a conical baffle plate 13 is mounted by a supporter 14, and the stored powdery particle 12, when it is delivered, passes a clearance S between the bottom sloped face of the storage tank 11 and the circumference of the conical fabble plate 13, permitting the delivery of the material equally without a segregation. Consequently, the prevention of segregation in the powdery particle characteristic such as grain size distribution, apparent specific gravity, fluidity, etc. becomes capable.
