Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable accurate peak detection, by giving a delay for input analog signal in two-stage and performing logic processing through the comparison between each delay signal at two stage with input analog signal. CONSTITUTION:The respective delay time for delay circuits 12, 13 is set to a delay time suitable for peak detection. At a comparison circuit 14, a delay output 11A and an analog signal 11 are compared, and logic ''1'' is output only when the signal 11 is greater. A comparison circuit 15 also produces the compared output similarly. The AND gate 16 inputs these two compared outputs, the logical product of the both is taken and a gate output 18 is output. The output 18 is a positive peak detection signal. On the other hand, at a NOR gate 17, a negative peak detection signal 19 is obtained.
