Abstract
PURPOSE: To convert waste gas from a turbine into condensate water and cooling water for recovery by installing a cooling tower, a water supply line, a water supply pump, a cooler, a cooling water pump, etc. thereby to increase the injection steam flow rate of the turbine.
CONSTITUTION: A turbine prime mover consists of a compressor K, a combustor 3, a turbine T, and a waste heat boiler B. The exhaust air from the turbine T is supplied to a cooling water 10, is allowed to make counter-flow contact with cooling water from an atomizer 12 and released as a low-temperature waste gas from a blow-down line 16 and recovered into a reservoir 11 as condensate water and cooling water. The water in the reservoir 11 is supplied to the waste heat boiler B by a water supply pump P1, a portion of the water is fed to a cooler 13, and a cooling water pump P2, thereby recovering the steam injected into the gas from the waste gas to supply the heat energy of the waste gas to a waste gas boiler, minimizing the makeup water volume required.
