CONSTITUTION:A rotary disc 6 having a number of through-holes 7 at the external circumference is connected, and the winding reel 1 or supply reel 2 is detected with photocoupler 8 and rotating speed detection means 9 for the rotating speed. Next, this detection signal is fed to the calculation means 10 like a microcomputer. The tape winding time and run time of the remaining tape are calculated with the tape run speed which is known, hub diameter and tape thickness of the winding reel 1 and supply reel 2 based on the rotating speed supplied. Thus, the tape winding time and run time of the remaining tape can be displayed on the display means 11.
