CONSTITUTION:A membrane-piece transferring rail 72 is provided to be positioned just below a hanging rail 13 at its front end and just above the inside of a tank side- wall 3 at its rear end and movable along the hanging rail 13. In this construction, during the movement of the transferring rail 72, the membrane piece 6 can be shifted from the hanging of the hanging rail 13 at the front end of the transferring rail 72 to be moved outward and transferred to be hung above the tank side-wall at the rear end. Consequently, the membrane piece 6 can be transferred efficiently only by shifting the transferring rail 72.
