Abstract

PURPOSE: To perform highly strong bonding without spplying a pretreatment by a method wherein a pressed powder part containing a specific proportion of B, P and Si, and forming into Ni-based or Co-based alloy is brought into contact with and heated on the bonding surface of a fused or sintered part.
CONSTITUTION: In bonding of metal members at least one of which is a sintered body a pressed powder part containing one or more of B: 0.05W5wt%, P: 0.1W 6wt%, and Si: 0.1W6wt%, and forming into Ni-based or Co-based alloy by sintering is brought into contact with the bonding surface. Maintaing this condition, sintering is performed to heat the alloy powder containing B, P, and Si components to a temperature higher than its melting point and to make it liquid phase. The liquid phase of B, P, and Si well wets with the metal member surface and acts to accelerate sintering property, achieving highly strong bonding.
