PURPOSE:To transfer and collect light signals with efficiency by optically coupling one optical fiber with any of optical fibers arranged concentrically by rotating a body of revolution equipped with lenses and deflectors. CONSTITUTION:When optical axes of lenses 13 and 14 on body 17 of revolution coincide with optical axes 20 and 21 of fibers 1 and 2 through rotation device 3, a light signal in fiber 1 is injected into optical switch 19 and converted by lens 13 into parallel beam 12, which enters prism 16a and reflected by surface 16a and 16b to make lens 14 incident in parallel to its optical axis, and then it is focused and led to fiber 2m on periphery 21R. As body 17 of revolution is rotated, the optical axis of lens 14 rotates along periphery 22 of radius R and fiber 1 is optically coupled with fibers 2a-2n, one by one, successively.
