Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate a color deviation in a device used for copying an information in a plurality of colors, by making a correction for the difference between several reading means that read different colors and several recording means by controlling the degree of memory delay of a signal memory means. CONSTITUTION:The black signal sent from the document reader 203 is transmitted to the shift register 205 and then supplied to the discriminating circuit 208 in an adjusted timing to be directly transmitted to the black driving circuit 209. In case a delay is required for the red signal, the red signal supplied to the shift register 212 through the input discriminating circuit 204 is held at the latch circuit 213 with every 32 bits and then stored temporarily in the memory 214 with a control of timing. A control is given to the degree of memory delay by deciding the write and read addresses to the memory 214 with a clear of the line counter 219 that counts the signals sent from the clock generating circuit 211 every time when the count of the counter 219 reaches the value of the line set register 202 to which the number of lines is set for compensation of mismatching of colors.
