Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent a deterioration of the isolation properties for a multistage plane cross-type hybrid circuit, by crossing the connection lines at the end of the connection line. CONSTITUTION:The hybrid circuit is formed with the main connection line A, the secondary connection line B, the terminals 1-4, the cross parts 10 and 10', the secondary line end at the side of terminals 2 and 4, and the main line end at the side of terminals 1 and 3. The cross parts 10 and 10' are formed with the point 5 of connection between the terminals 4 and 3'', the point 6 of connection between the secondary connection lines B and B' plus the cross line 7. Thus the microwave power transmitted from the terminal 1 is distributed to the terminals 2'' and 3'' and not to the terminal 4. Accordingly no electric power exists at the terminal 4 for both lines A and B, and the electric power becomes minimum at the terminal 3'' for both lines A' and B'. In this connection, the cross part 10 is provided to the terminals 4 and 3''.
