Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide high magnetic properties by using ferrite powder which is substantially anisotropic in shape and minimizing a ferrite capacity in a cubic content. CONSTITUTION:0.1-2.0pts.wt. of an organic compound containing a periodic law 4th group element such as e.g. titanate organic compound is uniformly mixed with 98-99.9pts.wt. of magnetic substance which is substantially anisotropic n shape and expressed by Mo.(Fe2O3)n. After sufficient maturation, 83-90pts.wt. of these materials are mixed with 10-17pts.wt. of bonding agent containing chlorinated polyethylene and the mixture is kneaded at temperature below 120 deg.C. After this process, it is made into a sheet at a percentage of contraction more than 40% by means of a roll having a rotary ratio of 1:1-1:1.2. Because of its anisotropy, the ferrite will have a small bulk specific gravity, a large clearance in a composition and therefore a small volume in a unit cubic content. In addition, the array of ferrite particles is improved at time of rolling and therefore, magnetic properties can be enhanced.
