CONSTITUTION:Adhesive agent 1-b with thermosetting property having a higher setting temperature than the softening temperature of electroconductive plastic film is equally applied onto a metal foil or metal plate 1-c by proper means. Next, heat softening electroconductive plastic film 1-a containing equal distribution of carbon powder is heated simultaneously with pressing at a temperature higher than the thermosetting temperature of the adhesives with thermosetting property and lower than the heat decomposition temperature of the adhesive or electroconductive plastic film by proper pressing means. It is suitable that the thickness of the combined adhesives layer 1-b is 1-5mum. Stainless steel is preferably employed as metal foil or a metal plate.
