Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the cooling efficiency of a high pressure apparatus having high potential and large calorific value by using a heat pipe with an evaporating section, which is electrically insulated and the quantity of heat conduction thereof is large, and a condensing section. CONSTITUTION:An evaporating section 3 of a heat pipe 2 is buried into a coil 1, and an upper section of an insulating cylinder 6, a condensing section 5 and cooling fins 10 installed to the section 5 are mounted to the outside. The thickness of insulation between an electric wire 1 and the evaporating section 3 of the heat pipe can thinly be formed because the evaporating section 3 is electrically insulated from the cooling fins 10 exposed to the outside, and the heat of the electric wire 1 can efficiently be transmitted to the outside because the heat pipe 2 can be buried near the electric wire 1, which has high voltage and functions as a heating element.
