Thus, as to the required clock information signal, the pulse train of 1/2lambda repetitive period can simply be formed to the clock period lambda. With the constitution like this, when the reproducing signal of one magnetic head is combined with the pulse train of this period, the required clock information signal included in the reproducing information signal can simply and stably be detected.
