Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent breakage of a heater due to the generation of heat stress in a heat exchange part by a method wherein an absorption dehydrator tower and a heater are arranged in an adjacent relation through a partition wall and a heat exchange end part of a heat pipe of the heater is arranged in the absorption dehydrator tower.
CONSTITUTION: The absorption dehydrator tower 1 and the heater 5 are arranged in an adjacent relation through a partition wall. A heating end part of the heat pipe 14 is placed in the heater and the heat exchange end part thereof in the absorption dehydrator tower 1 and only a central part of the heat pipe 14 is supported by the partition wall. Further, a heat transfer medium is hermetically sealed in the heat pipe 14. If the heating end part of the aforementioned heat pipe 14 is heated by a burner 5a and a blower 5b, heat is transferred to the heat exchange end part of said pipe. Air is recirculated by a blower 3 in the absorption dehydrator tower 1 and an absorbing agent 1a is heated to evaporate moisture absorbed therein and the generated water vapor is sent to a condenser. Thereby, the affection of heat stress in the heat exchange part is avoided.
