Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable manufacturing of a product having no hole and a product having a hole, which leave no core mark and have a smooth surface, using the same molds, by a method wherein injection-molding is performed through the formation of a gap between a frame for forming a hole part and a mold.
CONSTITUTION: Through replacement of a core 3, a product 4a having a hole and a product having no hole are injection-molded using the same molds 1 and 2. In said injection molding, and when injection-molding the product having a hole, a gap 6 of 0.1W0.2mm is provided between the surface of the one mold and the end of the core 3 for injection-molding. Burrs at the hole part are removed by inserting a jig being of the size of the core 3. The core 3 is in no direct contact with the mold 1, and thereby no frame mark is left in the mold (1) surface. Where the product having no hole is injection-molded by removing the core 3, the product having no hole, which has no core mark left in the surface and has a smooth surface, can be obtained.
