Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable to change the phase stably with good dependancy on the frequency change, by producing pulse signal based on binary input signal and outputtig 1/2 frequency dividing signal at the trailing of the signal.
CONSTITUTION: The input signal fed to the terminal 301 is separated into two, and after one is delayed 302, the both signals are fed to the exclusive OR circuit 303 to detect the state change of binary input signal through the exclusive OR output. Further, the detected output is fed to the variable pulse width pulse generation circuit 304, the pulse signal having the pulse width of a given time is produced from the trailing of pulse signal, and the 1/2 frequency dividing signal of variable pulse width generating circuit is outputted from the terminal 306 through FF305 operated at the trailing of the pulse signal. Thus, the phase can stably be changed with good dependancy on the frequency change.
