CONSTITUTION: The intended film can be obtained, using hydrated polyvinyl alcohol (with the percentage of moisture content of preferably 30W90 weight percent) mixed with 0.005W3.0 weight percent alumina for polyvinyl alcohol (preferably the one of which the degree of polymerization is 300W3000). As occasion demands, the obtained film is extended in the direction of two axes at the percentage of moisture content 10W50 weight percent.
EFFECT: It is superior in separability from dies and belts, in addition, the work of rolling films and printing can be carried on smoothly.
