CONSTITUTION:This converter circuit consists of differential amplifier circuit I, reference voltage source II and current Miller circuit III, and threshold voltage Vth at input terminal 1 is equal to reference voltage Vref developed at point (a). At this time, input current Iin is equal to the collector current of transistor Q10, which is equal to the collector current of transistor Q9. Since the collector current of transistor Q8 is equal to the collector current of transistor Q9, the collector current of transistor Q8 becomes equal to input current Iin. The collector current of transistor Q8 biases the current Miller circuit, so that current Iout equal to input current Iin can be obtained at output terminal 4.
