Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent braking noises at braking and to stabilize braking effect by forming multi number of concaves in the friction surface of the brake shoe which is formed with the thermoplastic resin material.
CONSTITUTION: Multi number of long concave parts 15b are formed in parallel in peripheral direction in the friction surface 15a with the brake wheel of the thermoplastic resin brake shoe, and the split friction surfaces 15c are formed between the concaves 15b. By doing so, the temperature of the friction surface 15c at braking can be partially risen, and generation of braking sound can be prevented. Also, by providing convex part 15e at the end part of the brake shoe, falling down of convex parts of the split friction surface 15a caused by repeated braking can be prevented.
