Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain the high-speed pulse for I/O control of CCD by controlling the NOR gate for buffer control via the DE-type inverter.
CONSTITUTION: The following circuits are provided: EDNOR gate circuits M2 and M10 which give the inverse amplification to input pulse I1 and then give the control to buffer circuits M3 and M4; ED buffer circuit M3 and M4 which are controlled with pulse I1; NOR-type gate circuits M6 and M7 which are controlled by pulse I1 and pulse I2 featuring the clock frequency double as high as I1; and ED inverter circuits M8 and M9 which give the inverse amplification to pulse I2 respectively. These inverter circuits give the control to EDNOR gate circuits M2 and M10.
