Abstract

PURPOSE: To rise denitrification efficiency by stirring fully exhaust gas which contains reducing agents through a group of pipes of an overheater and an evaporator.
CONSTITUTION: In the duct 10 of a gas turbine outlet, ammonia is injected by an ammonia injecting device 9 with a multitude of ammonia injecting nozzles equipped at a duct section into exhaust gas G discharged from the gas turbine device 11. This duct 10 is kept at a high temperature, the gas flow speed therein is high and as a result ammonia is diffused comparatively satisfactorily in the exhaust gas G. The exhaust gas including this ammonia produces eddy flow, turbulent flow at groups of the overheater 2 and high temperature evaporators 3a of the waste heat boiler 1, the ammonia is diffused fully and then reaction of denitrification is accelerated at a reactor 6. The exhaust gas G in which NOx is decomposed into harmless N2 and H2O is exhausted into the atmosphere from a chimney 5 through a low temperature evaporator 3b and a fuel economizer 4.
