CONSTITUTION: When an air conditioner is used as a heater, hot air A in the room is fed by a blower 1 through a filter 2 into a porous material 3 to float as air bubbles in a liquid chamber I. The air bubbles are retained in the liquid chamber I for long time and introduced into an air bubble collecting chamber 6 by deflectors 4 and guide nets 5, etc. for effectively heat exchanging the air bubbles with the liquid, and disharged out of the room as exhaust gas A'.
