Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the amplification and output of the leak signals by cutting off the output of the signal amplifier via the diode simultaneously with the cut-off of the switch and thus securing the large attenuation for the signals leaking.
CONSTITUTION: Switch SW is connected to input terminal 1 of the transmission signals, and the transmission signals are intermitted by the control voltage applied to terminal 1. In other words, signal amplifier AMP is provided to give compensation to the insertion loss of switch SW, and diode D is connected to the output circuit of amplifier AMP. Thus in case the transmission signals are intermitted by the operation of SW, the output of AMP is also intermitted simultaneously via diode D. Thus the large attenuation can be given to the signals leaking from SW when SW is cut off. As a result, the amplification and output can be prevented for the leak signals.
