Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain accurate copies separately on both ways of reciprocation by using two solid-state image sensing elements.
CONSTITUTION: Solid-state image sensing elements 7A, 7B which are respectively separate for forward scanning and backward scanning are arrayed in the imaging position of an imaging lens 6 and are disposed oppositely in their main scanning directions between forward and backward ways.
