Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A polyethylene bag 12 is covered so as to veil a rotary joint 7 for uniting both a gaseous phase system and a reaction tube 5 and a fliexible tube 8, and the one end is fixed to a tape 10. A portion near the rotary joint 7 is filled with an inert gas in such a manner that the inert gas, such as, Ar, N2, etc. is introduced through a tube 9 of the polyethylene bag 12 and discharged from an outlet 12a. Thus, a induced chloride is not decomposed by moisture in air, and the chloride in the reaction tube is perfectly vitrified.
