Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a piezoelectric device using a miniature discoid piezoelectric element by making an interval between an electrode and terminal provided to a piezoelectric element plate conductive by supporting a conductive elastic substance between the terminal with no projection and the discoid piezoelectric plate. CONSTITUTION:In case 64 with an opening on one side, piezoelectric element 4, metal terminals 44 and 61, and conductive elastic sheet 63 are installed. At the knot part of vibration of element 4, projection 46 is made in contact with electrode 6 of element 4, the both are fixed at need, and terminal 61 is made in contact with electrode 5 of element 4 via sheet 63 to hold element 4, thereby sealing the opening of case 64. Consequently, a miniature discoid piezoelectric element plate can be used and this is advantage especially in constituting a three-terminal type filter, so that easy production, excellent resistances to vibration and shock, and high reliability can be realized.
