Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable to stop a material at a home position in high accuracy in spite of a variety of the weight of the material by a means wherein a first speed reduction rate, from a transferring speed to a reduced speed, is varied in accordance with the weight of the material, while a second reduction rate, from the reduced speed to a stopping, is controlled to be at a constant value.
CONSTITUTION: When a speed base is given from a speed commanding device 11, an acceleration-and-deceleration control circuit 12 sets the speed base at a constant acceleration or deceleration rate and outputs it to a speed controller 14. The acceleration or deceleration rate is determined by a value of an output voltage from an amplifier 10A which is determined by a value of a limiter 19. A value of a limiter at the acceleration side is given in a setters R2, R3. In case the weight of a transferred material is heavy, a contact 15 is opened and the material is decelerated with a reduction rate given from the setter R2. On the other hand, in case the weight of the material is light, the contact 15 and a contact 16 are closed and the material is decelerated at the reduction rate given as a sum of set values in the setters R2, R3, thereafter, when the speed thereof has been reduced to a predetermined speed, the contact 16 is opened.
