Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the inclination of the upper part of the vibrator and achieve the improvement in the accuracy of the light scanner by supporting the revolving shaft including a torsion spring bar at its both ends and fixing a mirror, speed detector and armature between the both supporting parts thereby constituting the vibrator.
CONSTITUTION: The bottom end of a revolving shaft 2 including a torsion spring bar 2' is fixed to the fitting part A of a body 1 and the top end of the revolving shaft 2 is rotatably supported by a ball bearing 7 or flexual pivot 8. A mirror 3, armature 4 and speed detector 5 are provided between the both supporting parts. Such constitution considerably reduces the inclination of the mirror 3 on account of the construction of the rotating parts or the inclination of the mirror owing to the effect of the magnetic power of the magnetic circuit and improves vibration resistance of the revolving shaft 2 against its external vibrations in the laterial direction. Here, the feasibility of the revolving shaft 2 with a junction barrel 22 into the motor body 1 containing a stator from above facilitates assembling. In this way, the improvement in the scanning accuracy of the light scanner may be achieved.
