Abstract
PURPOSE: To permit efficient and safe working by disposing required devices on the circumference and providing a set-up feeder at the center of the circumference in the coating device which makes set-ups by covering refractories on the wax patterns of lost wax precision casting.
CONSTITUTION: The set-up 1 in which wax pattern is assembled is placed on the set-up cart having been set on a rotary table 12, is taken out by a set-up take-out device 3, and is then subsequently sent to the slurry dipping device 4, excess slurry draining-off device 5, sanding device 6 and set-up cleaning device 8 disposed at an equal spacing on the cricumference by a set-up feeder 9 having vertical and turning function, after which the coated set-up is taken out from a set-up carry-out device. The operations of the feeder 9 are controlled by a control panel 13.
